For established expertise-led businesses

Your lead magnet opened the door. Let your emails lead somewhere.

I write welcome and nurture emails in your voice. I also check the pages and automation that readers meet before and after the inbox, so the right subscriber understands what to do next.

Emails first. Wider support only when needed.

Already landing in spam? That comes first. Domain rescue, $1,500.

Spec sample. Fictional, not a client result

“Most people do not stay stuck because they lack insight. They stay stuck because insight arrived faster than their nervous system could learn to trust a new choice.”

From a sample five-email welcome sequence

Two ways to work together

Start with the inbox. Go wider only when the problem does.

Most projects begin with an audit and a nurture sequence. If the emails cannot do their job because the pages or the system around them are unclear, I can take on the wider build.

Private, by application

Full system build

By conversation

Done for you, end to end. Scoped and quoted privately. A few a year.

  • The site itself, built and written
  • Lead magnet and the page that captures the address
  • The journey mapped, from first click to first reply
  • Every sequence, plus deliverability from day one
  • Automation and tracking, so the loop actually closes
  • Handed over as one system you own
Start a conversation

Not sure which? Send me your site. Sometimes the answer is a twenty-minute fix and neither of these.

01

Built from your real voice

I start with your offer, your lead magnet, your existing copy, and the language your clients already use. I do not force your business into a template.

02

A clear nurture path

Each email has one job. It helps the reader understand one thing, then gives them a sensible next step.

03

The rest only when needed

Sometimes the email is not the real problem. If a page or a simple automation breaks the journey, I put it in the plan.

The system around the inbox

The emails come first. I only widen the scope when the problem goes beyond them.

Not every email problem is a writing problem. I also check the signup path, the next page, and the point where a reader is asked to start a conversation.

Core

Email nurture

Welcome and nurture sequences, broadcast emails, and a monthly review once the system is live.

Pages around the inbox

Signup pages, thank you pages, and sales pages when they are part of the same journey.

Simple systems

Tagging, automation logic, tracking, and a handoff your team can actually use.

Ongoing partnership

A short report, a small number of useful tests, and practical improvements based on what readers actually do.

How I work

  1. 01

    Audit

I read what you already send and where readers arrive from.

  2. 02

    Map

One belief per email, one next step. You see the whole path before I write a line.

  3. 03

    Write

Plain text, in your voice, plus one revision round.

  4. 04

    Connect

Loaded, tagged and tested from a real inbox, not just previewed.

  5. 05

    Measure

A short report on what readers did, and what I would change next.

Who this fits

Worth being honest before either of us spends time on this.

A good fit

  • You already publish, and people already read it
  • You have something real to sell, at a real price
  • You want your own voice back, not a template
  • Writing keeps slipping to the bottom of the list

Not a fit

  • ×You want cold outreach written for you
  • ×You are looking for a guaranteed revenue number
  • ×You have no audience yet. Sequences come after readers
  • ×You want volume. I take on a few projects and do them properly

Questions

What does it cost? +

Writing starts at $950 for a sequence of 5 to 10 emails, depending on length and how much research it needs. Ongoing management starts at $1,100 a month and depends on volume. The full system build is scoped privately. I confirm any number after reading your site, so neither of us is quoting off a guess.

How long does it take? +

Depends on length and research. A short sequence can be days, not weeks. I give you a date once I have seen the scope, and I do not quote a date I cannot hold. If you are working to a launch, tell me and I will say straight away whether it fits.

Will it sound like me? +

That is the whole job. I read what you have already published before I write anything, and the message map goes to you before a single email is drafted. If a line does not sound like you, it does not ship.

Do you handle the technical setup? +

Yes, if you want it. Authentication, warmup, loading the sequence and testing the signup path from a real inbox. If you would rather your own team did it, that is fine too, and the price reflects it.

Can you promise more revenue? +

No. Anyone who does is guessing at your numbers. What I can tell you is what each email is meant to do, and what I would watch to know whether it is working.

Request a short nurture assessment

Send me your site. I read it and reply with three specific notes about the path from reader to client. No call, no deck, no obligation.

I use what you send only to reply to you. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not pass it on. See the privacy policy.

Prefer plain email? thuy@emailnurturelab.com. I reply to everything, usually within two working days.

The part nobody warns you about

Good emails that land in spam are still zero emails.

You hit send. Then you find out your domain was never authenticated, or that a bought list burned it two years ago, and everything now goes to Promotions or nowhere. This is not a writing problem, and it does not fix itself.

Fixed price

Domain rescue

If your sending domain is already in trouble, this comes before any writing. I find out why you are landing in spam, fix it, and rebuild the domain until mail arrives again.

  • A diagnosis of why you are being filtered, in plain words
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly and verified
  • The addresses hurting your reputation, found and suppressed
  • Blacklist and reputation check, with what to do about each
  • A warmup plan, then seed tests from real inboxes
  • A short report on what changed and what to keep doing

$1,500

One domain. Fixed price, agreed before I start.

Ask about your domain

I cannot promise a specific inbox rate. Nobody can, because the decision sits with the receiving provider. What I can do is remove the reasons they have to filter you.

Everything else I handle on the email side

One person doing all of it, so nothing gets lost between a writer and a technician.

Welcome and nurture

The sequence after someone signs up.

Launch and promotion

A cadence that sells without shouting.

Win-back

For the part of your list that went quiet.

Broadcasts

The regular letter, written and sent.

Segmentation and tagging

So the right people get the right thing.

List hygiene

Bounces, dead addresses, suppression kept clean.

Platform migration

Moving lists and automations without losing history.

Automation logic

Triggers and branches that behave the way you meant them to.

Reporting

A short read on what happened, not a dashboard.

What I will never do: import a list that did not opt in, buy addresses, or guess emails from names. That is how a domain ends up in the state this page describes, and in most countries it is illegal.
