Email Nurture Lab is run by Maris, a sole practitioner writing email sequences for coaches.

What this site collects
This site has no forms, no analytics, no cookies, and no tracking pixels. It does not collect anything about you when you read it.
Two external services are loaded to display the page: Tailwind CSS via jsDelivr and Google Fonts. Those providers may log your IP address as part of serving those files. I do not receive that data.
If you email me
When you email me, I hold what you send: your name, your email address, your website, and anything else you choose to include.
I use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else. It is not added to any mailing list.
If I email you first
I sometimes contact coaches whose work I have read, using a business email address they published themselves. I record the source URL and the date I found it.
Every message includes my name, my postal address, and a way to stop hearing from me. Reply "no" and I stop, permanently, and add you to a suppression list so it does not happen again by mistake.
Maximum three emails per person. There is never a fourth.
How long I keep things
Correspondence with clients is kept for the length of the project plus two years, for tax and reference. Correspondence with people who asked me to stop is reduced to the minimum needed to honour that request: an email address on a suppression list.
Your rights
Email me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form required, no fee.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
